I fished yesterday on the Siuslaw River with Craig and Mike of Portland. Craig got a new drift boat and asked if I'd teach him the ins and outs of rowing. I had a great day and got to fish myself while he rowed. We caught four steelhead. Looking forward to this week's fishing, but waiting on weather at the moment.

Winter Steelhead Season

December was a great month for winter steelhead fishing on the Umpqua River. We managed to get in a fair number of days, despite cold weather and adverse conditions.
